Lodging and meals included! The hunting in Southern Illinois is outstanding, and the Rend Lake region near the town of Benton Illinois is known for lots of deer and giant bucks. Our deer population is thriving, and Boneyard Outfitters is in the heart of prime big buck country. We run one of the best outfitting guide services for trophy Illinois whitetail hunting.

What to bring
Lodging and meals are provided. But you will be responsible for bringing your own gear including gun, bow/arrows, camo, licenses etc. Gun hunters can only use a shotgun OR muzzleloader (rifles are not legal to hunt deer in Illinois). You CAN use a muzzleloader for shotgun season but CANNOT use shotgun for the muzzleloader season. Hunters must also wear blaze orange during gun season (at least 400 cubic inches AND a blaze orange hat).
Customer Cancellation
A deposit is due upon approval of your booking request. We will happily refund your deposit at least 7 full days prior to your scheduled trip. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations less than 7 days before the trip. Trips will be charged in full for day of trip cancellations or no shows.
Guide Cancellation
If your guide cancels your trip at any time before the commencement of your trip, you will be refunded in full. Optionally, Guide Book will do everything we can to get you out on the water with another awesome guide.
Bad Weather Cancellation
Unfortunately, we don't control the weather. If a guide feels that they cannot safely perform a trip, they may cancel. Weather cancellation is at the guides discretion alone. If a trip is canceled for bad weather, you will be refunded in full.
