    Captain Ryan is the BEST fly fishing guide in Tampa Bay. He understands the details and explains the different variables it takes to sight fish; reading/feeding the fish, explaining how the wind or lunar pattern dictates where the fish will be and when. I appreciate being on the bow learning from the best in the business! Also, his Spear skiff is BADA$$!!
