Hi, my name is Peter Lywood; I have been fly fishing in Western Canada for 35+ years. I have been fly fishing the mountain streams and rivers of Alberta for over 25 years. I have been floating the Bow River for the past 10 years and guiding on the Bow since 2021.
Fly fishing has been a lifelong passion for me, this sport never disappoints as there is always something new to learn. Nothing gives me more pleasure than watching my clients catch their first fish on a fly rod or that experienced angler catch their personal best.
My mission is to earn your trust, respect and repeat business. When you book a trip with me my top priority is your safety followed by having a fun and educational day on the water with some tight lines and laughs in between. At the end of the day, I expect to have learned something new from my clients and my goal is they will have learned something new as well.
